Bennett Love
Here was our little guy today, after being changed and fed. He is such a LOVE!! I can't get over it. I'm probably kooky and off my rocker, I know I am partial, but I just melt with this guy. I forget how much I love newborns. We are home now and going to see how life is outside of the hospital. I think I'll like not getting poked and proded every stinkin hour! LOL Thank you everyone for your nice comments and thoughts and prayers. I feel very grateful.

I'm sooooo in love
with this little guy. I didn't think my heart had room for another child. I was a little worried, but boy, I had no idea! He is such a doll and looks a lot like Bradley's family. Everyone says he looks like Jackson and he did yesterday, but today I think he's already changed and looks different. More of his own look. He is just too sweet! Such a great baby, good sleeper and nursing like a pro! I had a very good induction and a fabulous labor. The nurses here and my Dr. were awesome! Same length as Jackson but 1 lbs and 10 oz smaller so he seems like such a litle guy to us. We are so in love! Just a few pictures from yesterday when his big brother came to see him for the first time and his first bath.

He's Here!!!
Bradley and my sister watching a movie, taking calls and sending texts letting everyone know, it's almost time. Do you think that that was annoying for a pregnant women in labor??? You bet your bottom dollar it was!! Thanks technology. Oh well, so glad they were there.
So any sane, well slept person would never put this picture on their blog, but because I'm not at this point in time, it's going on. One day I'll look back and laugh right? It's only because on most days I don't look like this, well at least I think I don't, and at 10 months pregnant and labor for 6 hours what do you expect? We're keeping it real here yo, so there you go.

A very tired (and chubby-hey I'll get back down, I will....someday) mommy catching some rest before it's time to push. Don't be fooled, I'm not asleep, I'm actually telling Bradley, "Get that camera out of here!" He doesn't listen very well.
3 pushes and here that little booger is. Gooey all over! On mommy's chest and as comfortable as ever!
I wasn't used to all the goopey goey white stuff. (What's that called again? I can't think right now. Must be sleep deprivation.) My first was so over done that there wasn't any on him.
D- Day! As in Delivery.
Well, This is it! Delivery day has arrived. Well tomorrow it will. I've decided to be induced again, this time before delivery and not wait two weeks and have nothing happen. Since it has been awhile since I've done this, I can't lie, I'm a little nervous about the induction. Daddy is too. I think he's more nervous that I am though. Although I have little butterflies, I think he's got moths swarming. I think it will be OK, as I am not going to try it without an epidural like I did with Jackson. It's just too insane.
J is spending the night with his cousins. Thanks to a very generous and caring aunt, and so we have the night alone, just the two of us before this new life enters our world. Tomorrow will be a special day. That I am sure, will change us forever. Our litle family of three, will now become a family of four.
I am hittin' the sack and going to try and get some sleep before induction day. I go in at 8 o'clock so hopefully by the night time (at the lastest) I am holding my sweet little guy. Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers.

Luck O the Irish
Jackson is learning alot at school about all the various holidays. Me being a clothing snob/ freak, whatever you what to call it, I was sooo excited about this day as a chance to wear a special outfit. Yes, I am weird like that. There's some of you out there that understand me right??
He knew all about it, before I could even share in the excitement with him, so he had his green stuff all picked out already. At school they learned about leprachaun's, read stories, and even went on a hunt to find one. They didn't catch one, but instead found his pot of gold.
I asked if I could get some pictures of him in his "green" getup and he obliged. (WHAT???? Is this the same kid that I have to brib to get pictures of) OH Well, I took it and this is what I got. I think it helped that he just had spring pictures taken at school because he was still doing those cheesy poses that they put you in. Hey, I'll take what I can get.
Of course, in normal Jackson style, he had to start getting silly and doing funny things so we wouldn't be real if we didn't put in this too!
That was that. Then we were off to Grandma and Grandpa's for some yummy corn beef and cabbage. I don't know what it is about that stuff, but I LOVE it!! Happy St. Patty's Day.
