GOOOO TORNADOES!!

It's soccer season, and this is the only sport that J wanted and has wanted to play. So, being the good little, perfect, mommy that I am, (I threw that last one in there to see if you were paying attention , you caught it didn't you??) we signed him up. He is having soo much fun. First you start the game, warming up and twirling around like a Tornado. Well, that's not exactly what you're supposed to be doing, but that's what my child is doing.

Before the game starts make sure you have plenty of liquids.

Do your rah rah cheer and get out and kick some butt!! I mean, play a good game.

No one keeps score, in this series, or age group, but you know us parents do. No one has scored on my son BTW when he plays goalie. It's his favorite position.

Just like that! The half is up and it's snack time. After snack time, repeat previous events again, and there you have it. A soccer game!!

Great Thinking.

So after J came home from school today, I was making him something to eat. I set Mr. B in his bouncy chair to accomplish this. There is a piece to the bouncy chair that acts as a head rest. On this day, at this time, it was MIA. Bennett's head was not staying in place. J thought quick and ran into my room and came back with these. They go to the thinga ma bomb in his bassinet that helps to keep him in place while he sleeps. I thought it was pretty funny and had to get a shot.

B's thinking what did you do to me brother?? He didn't like them very much, so I just took the opportunity to take some pictures of them together.

J can only be serious for a certain amount of time and then he has to be his silly self. I said, "Fine, I guess I'll just take pictures of Bennett then. You don't get to be in them."
Well, I tried. Little stinker got his tongue in the top of this one and Bennett just has that look on his face. So I gave up and put the camera down.

Happy Easter!!

I was sooo excited for the boys to wear their first matching outfits for Easter. My sister came into town and so we took a trip to the mall for Easter Bunny pictures. I took some of them at home before we left as well. Enjoy my little Gentlemen.

These are a few of my favorite things

On Sundays in our house, after church, we quite enjoy the rest and relaxation. On this day, Bradley turned on the sound of music for J to watch in hopes that it would calm him down and he would chill for a bit. I don't think I've ever seen this movie by the way,we own it, but I've never watched it. I know the songs from it though, and this is what inspired or brought about this post. In no particular order, three of my favorite things right now, around my house. Of course, besides my boys.
1. Beautiful, gorgeous fuscias. I get these every year, and every year, I can't keep them alive. They are so vibrant that they make me happy inside every time I walk into my front door and see them. I wonder if Ben Affleck would do the same thing if he stood outside my door???
2. Rice Krispie Treats- I could eat them anytime, anywhere. I could in them in a box, I could eat them with a fox. I could eat them in a house, I could eat them with a mouse. Get my drift. These are by far, my favorite treat EVER!! Yummmm
3. Cadbury Mini Eggs- I don't think I have to say anything more than that. Pure Bliss. Except when you're nursing a new baby and he doesn't agree with the chocolate so much, but otherwise- HEAVEN!
